Hello, welcome to my profile.
As a Registered Massage Therapist, I am deeply committed to providing my clients with a compassionate, professional, therapeutic environment to begin their journey toward healing for the Boundary area.
I began my formal education at Kootenay Columbia College where I graduated with Honours in Massage Therapy with a focus on anatomy, neurological and health disorders. I have additional education from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Swedish Relaxation Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Aromatherapy, Hydrotherapy and Reflexology.
Working from a deep understanding of integrated body-mind circuitry underpinned by training in assessments, myofascial release, trigger point release, instrument-assisted soft tissue manipulation (IASTM), joint mobilizations, soft tissue manipulation, temporomandibular joint dysfunction focus, stretching and relaxation techniques; we will work together to achieve optimal health of body and mind.
